The properties we are currently offering to let are No 2 and No 44 Chatsworth Avenue, situated in the Gedling/Carlton border area.

UPDATE! Both properties are now let!

Gedling is situated four miles north east of Nottingham city centre in the NG4 postcode area. The Borough covers the mainly affluent northeastern suburbs of Greater Nottingham including Arnold, Carlton and part of Mapperley, and then covers the area north of the City into the rural villages of Calverton, Woodborough, Ravenshead and Newstead, extending north to Mansfield.

Gedling has a small local shopping area featuring a convenience store, hairdressers, a beauty parlour, an Italian Restaurant, several public houses and various hot food outlets.

In the older part of Gedling is All Hallows Anglican Church, which dates back to the 11th century, with the oldest part of the church (the entrance) dating back to 1089

There is a public sports centre with indoor pool and many facilities including an indoor bowling green, - there is also a private health club close by.

The vibrant city of Nottingham is within easy reach for shopping and nightlife.

There are very good public transport links to the city centre with a bus stop situated approximately 100m away on Westdale Lane East.
There are two railway stations situated within a short bus ride (1.5 miles) at Carlton and Netherfield; these serve both the City and the wider area.

The immediate area is served by two very good Junior schools; All Hallows Primary School and Priory Junior School, both within a few minutes' walk. The nearest secondary school is Carlton-Le-Willows School and Technology College.
