We are not “Buy to let” landlords.
The houses we have to let are family properties that have been loved and cared for and as such we are looking for tenants who wish to find a home as opposed to a house.
We will endeavour to make your stay in our property comfortable, safe and pleasant and hope that you as a resident will reciprocate by respecting and caring for your surroundings.
Should damage occur to the property whilst you are the tenant (which is not considered fair “wear and tear”) there will be a charge made to restore the property to its original condition.
We expect you to show the same respect to our house as a reasonable person would show to his or her own home…
All of our properties have energy performance ratings and are subject to annual gas and periodic electrical safety checks.
All deposits paid will be held in an approved and secured scheme. Monies will be returned as per their regulations exclusive of interest accrued.
